Encounter's ShareItNow™ Web Conferencing is the next step in collaboration for users who want to easily and quickly show a remote participant anything on their desktop—from PDFs, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to proprietary applications.

After downloading ShareItNow, an icon appears in your systems tray. Presenters simply click on that icon to launch ShareItNow. A moveable and sizeable window appears. Presenters place the window over the application to be shown and click on the "Start Showing" button. Often referred to as "one-click web conferencing", ShareItNow allows participants to simply open a browser window, go to www.shareitnow.com and enter the presenter's email address. They will then be viewing whatever the presenter wants to show them.

Encounter's ShareItNow™ Plus also includes customized encryption technology to ensuring that all data in transmitted files is encrypted within the presenter's application and remains encrypted until it arrives at the viewer's web browser.

ShareItNow™ Plus facilitates the easy addition of Audio Conferencing. When a presenter signs up for a ShareItNow Plus account, Encounter provides them with a toll-free Reservationless audio conferencing number that can be used at any time, 24x7.

ShareItNow™ is free for unlimited usage in a 1-to-5 environment. ShareItNow™ Plus is just 30.00 per year and only 8¢ per minute per connection—audio included!
