ShareItNow System Configuration Guide

ShareItNow requires that your browser is SSL enabled.

The system test you just completed shows that your browser may not be SSL enabled. SSL Encryption allows an internet browser to access secure web pages. Please follow the instructions below to enable or install SSL Encryption for your browser:
  Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu, click on the Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab. Scroll down the list of items and look for a section called Security. Make sure that the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 boxes are checked.

Please make sure that you close all Internet Explorer windows, reopen and try to enter your meeting.

This did not solve the problem:
Open Internet Explorer, click on the Help button and select About Internet Explorer. Please look at the version number. It should be 5.0 or above. If you have a version number lower than 5.0, you will need to update your Internet Explorer version. Please go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and click on Scan for Updates.
You will be presented with a list of suggested updates to install. You may select as many as you wish, however the only one required to use ShareItNow will be the Internet Explorer 6 installation. When complete, you must restart your machine.
Version 5.0 or above is installed, but SSL does not seem to be working:
If you have Internet Explorer version 5.0 or 5.5, but SSL Encryption is still not working properly, you can install the High Encryption Pack from Microsoft without having to upgrade your Internet Explorer version. The benefit is that the installation is much smaller and faster than upgrading to Internet Explorer 6.0. Please click on the link below and follow the instructions to install the High Encryption Pack

Netscape:
Open Netscape and click on the Communicator menu. Click on Tools from the dropdown menu and select Security Info. Click on the Navigator link in the Security box. Check the boxes for Enable SSL v2 and Enable SSL v3 under Advanced Security Configuration. Close and restart Netscape and try to attend the meeting.
The issue is still unresolved:
