The system test you just completed shows that you may not have java
installed on your computer or it is disabled. Please click on the link above
to install it.
If you would like to see if you already have java installed and simply need to enable it, please follow the instructions below. |

| Internet Explorer: | ||
| Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu, click on the Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab. Scroll down the list of items and look for a section called Sun Java and a section called Microsoft VM. If you have both of these sections, please make sure that all boxes in the Sun Java section are unchecked and the JIT Compiler box is checked under Microsoft VM. | ||

Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu, click on the
Internet Options and click on the Security Tab. Highlight the
Internet Zone and click on the Default Level button. Make sure
you close all open Internet Explorer windows to save your changes. Go back
and try to attend your meeting. If the Default Level button is grayed out and you are unable to select it, please click on the Custom Level button and follow the instructions below: Scroll down the Security Settings list until you see Microsoft VM. Under Java Permissions, select High Safety. Continue to scroll down the list until you see a section called Scripting. Under Active Scripting, select Enabled. Under Scripting of Java Applets, select Enabled. Click OK and restart your computer, then try to attend your meeting. |

| Open Netscape and click on the Edit menu then select Preferences from the drop down menu. Click on Advanced in the preferences box and check the Enable JavaScript box. Close all Netscape windows and restart Netscape then try to attend your meeting.. | ||
