ShareItNow System Configuration Guide  

    ShareItNow requires that your browser's Cookies are enabled.     

  The system test you just completed shows that you may not have your browser's Cookies enabled. Please follow the instructions below to enable your browser's Cookies:  
  Internet Explorer: Versions 5.0 and 5.5  
  Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu, click on the Internet Options and click on the Security Tab. Highlight the Internet Zone and click on the Default Level button. Make sure you close all open Internet Explorer windows to save your changes. Go back and try to attend your meeting.                                                                   
If the Default Level button is grayed out and you are unable to select it, please click on the Custom Level button and follow the instructions below:
Scroll down the Security Settings list until you see Cookies. Make sure that Allow cookies that are stored on your computer is set to enabled and Allow per-session cookies is set to enabled. Close all Internet Explorer windows, reopen and try to attend your meeting.

Internet Explorer: Versions 6.0 and above
Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click on the Privacy Tab and then click on the Default button. Close all Internet Explorer windows, reopen and try to attend your meeting.
If the Default Level button is grayed out and you are unable to select it, please click on the Custom Level button and follow the instructions below:
Make sure that both First party Cookies and Third party Cookies are set to Accept. Close all Internet Explorer windows, reopen and try to attend your meeting.

Netscape:
Open Netscape and click on the Edit menu then select Preferences from the drop down menu. Click on Advanced in the preferences box and make sure that Accept all cookies is selected. Close all Netscape windows and restart Netscape then try to attend your meeting..
